At a young age Angela began working at Steinbeck Real Estate and quickly became fond of the creativity involved in the marketing of properties. Angela began investing in real estate at the age of 18 and quickly realized the financial and personal benefits of home ownership.
Investing in real estate at an early age convinced Angela to pursue her passion to help her clients, friends and family build financial wealth and security through buying and selling real estate.
Angela’s real estate coach and mentor is Broker Cheryl Savage who has coached thousands of successful Realtors and has single handily built one of the most successful real estate brokerages on the Peninsula since 1981.
Learning the basics first puts Angela at a huge advantage as a full-time REALTOR for Steinbeck Real Estate. She decided to obtain her Salesperson license in 2007 when the real estate market changed. Foreseeing the imminent adjustment of real estate values and need for her services, Angela began to study and practice short sales.
Angela has guided hundreds of home sellers through Short Sale transactions and helped her clients avoid foreclosure. She has become a local specialist in short sales through direct experience of negotiating with dozens of lenders nationwide. To aid in helping more homes owners avoid foreclosure, she has developed a streamlined process of processing short sales utilizing the aid of a professional, licensed short sale facilitator. Consistently showing properties to local buyers, previewing homes for out of area investors and determining values for home sellers has allowed Angela to foresee local market trends and correctly price properties to sell.
Angela has consistently been awarded Top Listing and Sales Agent in Monterey County. Including Rookie of the Year, 2007 and Top Overall Producer 2007-2011 for Steinbeck Real Estate. A locally owned and family operated real estate brokerage serving Monterey County since 1988.
